Your favorite nutrition behavior strategist & wellness advocate. I serve as a liaison between the worlds of nutrition and fitness—registered dietitian, yoga teacher, fitness instructor—and I am a proud Memphian.

As a multi-passionate health-creative, my goal is to meet you where you are using nutrition counseling, nourishment and movement therapy to help you reach your goals. It is my hope to provide diverse support for realistic lifestyle change.
